Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access to and use of the DS999 platform, including its website, mobile interfaces, betting markets, casino games, promotional programmes and any other services offered under the DS999 brand ("the Services"). DS999 operates as an online betting and live casino platform. By creating a DS999 account or using any Service, you ("the User", "you") enter into a binding legal agreement with DS999 and confirm your acceptance of these terms in full.

DS999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly. The current version of these Terms & Conditions supersedes all prior versions.

This Agreement applies to all users of DS999, including visitors who access the site without a registered account, registered users, and any user accessing the platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are advised to understand the applicable local legal framework governing online gambling before participating, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. DS999 does not provide legal advice and this Agreement does not constitute legal guidance on the legality of gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Account Eligibility & Registration

Account Security & Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. DS999 will never contact Users by unsolicited means to request login credentials, payment card details or passwords.

Any activity conducted via a User's Account is deemed to have been carried out by the registered User. DS999 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials. Users must notify DS999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account.

• Do not share your password with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Use a unique, strong password combining letters, numbers and special characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for enhanced Account security.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact DS999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised Account activity.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

DS999 supports a range of payment methods, which may include mobile wallets (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), bank transfers (including via Raast), and cryptocurrency options (such as BTC and USDT). The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the Platform's current cashier configuration and cannot be guaranteed at all times. Payment brands mentioned on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are independent third-party services and do not endorse DS999 or any gambling activity. Users must verify independently whether their chosen payment provider permits gambling-related transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

DS999 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement when a User opts in to or accepts any Promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual Promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check individual Promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements are typically subject to an expiry window. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet Restrictions: When Bonus Funds are active in an Account, bets may be subject to a maximum bet limit per round or spin. Exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being voided.
• Modification & Withdrawal: DS999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational play and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on DS999 is governed by the platform's applicable product-specific rules. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers. General principles applicable across all products include:

• All bets are placed at the User's own risk. Past results are no indication of future outcomes.
• DS999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, system faults or integrity concerns.
• For sports betting: in the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, settlement rules specific to the sport and market type will apply as published in the product rules.
• For casino and live dealer games: the rules of each individual game, including RTP figures and volatility classifications, are determined by the game provider and are available within each game interface.
• DS999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market or event. Games and markets may be withdrawn for maintenance, compliance or commercial reasons without prior notice.
• DS999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet or win limits on any User at any time at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. DS999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in the following activities, forfeit all associated balances, and take such legal action as DS999 deems appropriate:

• Creating more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event market.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any form of software to gain an unfair advantage or to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies exploiting promotional terms, or any form of systematic extraction of value contrary to the spirit of DS999's promotional programme.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, where doing so violates applicable local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or copy any portion of the Platform's technology or content.

Responsible Gambling

DS999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available through the Account settings section and can be activated at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period. Once reached, the system restricts further wagers for the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration alerts so you are notified when you have been active on the Platform for a set period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from gambling by setting a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account remains active for other purposes but betting and gaming activity is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year or longer. Self-excluded accounts are locked for all gambling activity for the full duration of the exclusion. DS999 recommends using self-exclusion in conjunction with other support resources if gambling has become problematic.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the DS999 Platform — including but not limited to the DS999 name, logo, brand identity, website design, written content, graphics, software code, data compilations and game presentations — is owned by or licensed to DS999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying or distributing any DS999 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any portion of the Platform.
• Using DS999's brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Framing, mirroring or scraping content from the Platform for redistribution on any third-party website or application.

Privacy & Data

DS999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a DS999 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible-gambling monitoring and, where consent is given, marketing communications.

DS999 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Data is shared with regulated KYC providers, payment processors and fraud-prevention services only to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DS999, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from system outages, technical errors or interruptions to the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to payment provider issues outside DS999's direct control.
• Decisions made by a User based on information presented on the Platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from gambling activity, including wagers placed and lost by the User.

Nothing in this clause limits DS999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Amendments to These Terms

DS999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, DS999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or via a notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact DS999 support to close your Account. The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DS999 holds its applicable operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through DS999's internal complaint-handling process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

DS999 does not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users are responsible for understanding and complying with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local legislation. DS999 does not claim to be licensed, approved or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.
