Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how DS999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data relating to individuals ("you", "the User") who access or use the DS999 platform, including its website accessible at ds999.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.
DS999 is committed to processing personal data in a transparent, fair and lawful manner, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. By registering a DS999 account or continuing to use the Platform after this Policy has been made available to you, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your personal data will be handled.
This Policy applies to all users of DS999, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan and other jurisdictions. Pakistani users should note that local privacy and data protection frameworks may differ from international standards referenced in this Policy. This Policy does not constitute legal advice on Pakistani data protection law.
Definitions
In this Policy, the following terms shall bear the meanings set out below:
- "Personal Data" — Any information that identifies or can reasonably identify a living individual, either directly or in combination with other available data.
- "Processing" — Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, transfer, alteration or deletion.

- "Consent" — A freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the User's agreement to the processing of their personal data for a defined purpose.
Data We Collect
DS999 collects the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the Platform:
When you create a DS999 account, we collect your full name, email address, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number and a username of your choosing. This information is required to open and maintain your account.
To comply with KYC obligations, we may collect copies of government-issued identity documents — including your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence — together with proof of address documentation and, where required, a selfie photograph for liveness verification.
We collect transaction records associated with your DS999 account, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests and payment method details sufficient to process transactions. Full payment card numbers or complete bank account details are not stored on DS999 servers; they are handled directly by regulated payment processors. Where mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast are used, the relevant mobile number associated with the wallet may be recorded for transaction verification purposes.
We collect records of your betting and gaming activity on the Platform, including wager amounts, game selections, session durations, win/loss outcomes and use of responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion requests. This data is used for account management, responsible gambling monitoring and fraud detection.
We automatically collect technical information when you access the Platform, including your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, approximate geolocation (country and city level), and session timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring, fraud prevention and platform performance optimisation.
Records of communications between you and DS999's support team — including Live Chat transcripts, email correspondence and Help Center interactions — are retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes.
How We Collect Data
DS999 collects personal data through the following channels:
- Direct input: Information you provide when registering, completing KYC, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting support, or updating your account profile.
- Automated collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically as you interact with the Platform, including via cookies, server logs and analytics tools.
- Third-party sources: Data provided by regulated KYC verification services, fraud prevention databases, payment processors and, where applicable, publicly available sources used for identity verification.
- Responsible gambling monitoring: Data generated through your use of responsible gambling tools, including limit-setting history and self-exclusion records, collected to support the Platform's safer-play obligations.
Purposes & Legal Basis for Processing
DS999 processes personal data for the following purposes, each supported by a lawful basis:
Data Sharing & Third Parties
DS999 does not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the provision of the Services or where required by law. Categories of recipients include:
- KYC and Identity Verification Providers: Regulated third-party services that assist in verifying the identity of registered users as part of our KYC obligations. These providers process identity documents under strict contractual confidentiality terms.
- Payment Processors: Third-party payment service providers that handle deposit and withdrawal transactions. DS999 shares transaction-relevant data only — full payment instrument details are not retained by DS999.
- Fraud Prevention Services: Specialist providers that help DS999 identify and prevent fraudulent activity, money laundering and other financial crime through shared risk intelligence.
- Technology and Hosting Providers: Providers of cloud infrastructure, database management, content delivery and related technical services required to operate the Platform.
- Customer Support Platforms: Third-party tools that support the delivery of Live Chat and email-based customer support, including ticket management systems.
- Regulatory and Legal Authorities: DS999 may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies or courts where required by applicable law, a valid legal process or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Platform.
All third-party Data Processors engaged by DS999 are required to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and DS999's data processing agreements.
International Data Transfers
DS999 may transfer personal data to servers, service providers or third parties located outside the country in which you reside, including outside Pakistan. Where data is transferred internationally, DS999 applies appropriate safeguards to protect the data, including:
- Contractual data protection clauses with recipient entities requiring equivalent protection standards.
- Transfer to jurisdictions that offer an adequate level of data protection under applicable frameworks.
- Application of technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk profile of the transfer.
By using DS999, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Pakistan. DS999 does not guarantee that such transfers comply with any specific Pakistani data protection framework, and users should assess the implications of this for their own circumstances.
Data Retention
DS999 retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. The indicative retention periods below are subject to applicable legal requirements and may be extended where required by law.
Retention periods are indicative. Actual retention may be longer where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, legal proceedings or legitimate dispute resolution needs.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable data protection law and any applicable exemptions, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by DS999. To exercise any of these rights, please contact DS999's support team using the contact details in Section 15.
DS999 will respond to data rights requests within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event within the period required by applicable law. Where a request cannot be fulfilled — for example, because legal retention obligations require us to retain data — we will explain the reason for the limitation.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
DS999 uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage, session tokens and browser fingerprinting for fraud detection) to operate and improve the Platform. The categories of cookies used by DS999 include:
These cookies are required for the Platform to function. They include session authentication tokens, security cookies and cookies that remember your login state. These cannot be disabled without affecting core Platform functionality.
These cookies remember your preferences, such as language settings, display preferences and previously entered form data (excluding sensitive financial data), to improve your experience on return visits.
Where consent is provided, analytics cookies help DS999 understand how users interact with the Platform — which pages are most visited, where users encounter difficulties and how sessions flow. This data is used in aggregated, anonymised form to improve Platform performance.
Technical identifiers used to detect unusual behaviour patterns indicative of fraud, bot activity, multi-accounting or other prohibited conduct. These are applied as part of DS999's security infrastructure.
You can control cookie settings through your browser configuration. Please note that disabling non-essential cookies may affect certain Platform features. DS999 does not use third-party advertising cookies or retargeting cookies that track your activity across external websites.
Marketing Communications
DS999 may send you promotional communications — including information about bonuses, new game releases, PSL-season betting markets, loyalty programme updates and platform news — where you have provided consent to receive such communications or where DS999 has a legitimate interest in doing so.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:
- Using the "unsubscribe" link included in any DS999 marketing email.
- Adjusting your communication preferences within your DS999 Account settings.
- Contacting DS999 support and requesting removal from marketing lists.
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the delivery of transactional communications, such as account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts or KYC requests, which are essential to the operation of your DS999 account.
Children & Minors
DS999 applies age verification checks during registration and KYC to prevent minors from accessing the Platform. If DS999 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the minimum required age, the associated account will be suspended immediately, all personal data will be deleted as soon as practicable, and any funds held will be managed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered with DS999, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
DS999 is for adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Local laws may restrict gambling. This Policy does not constitute legal advice.
Security Measures
DS999 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration or unlawful disclosure. Security measures applied include:
- Encryption of personal data in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.
- Encryption of stored sensitive data, including identity documents and financial records.
- Access controls limiting internal employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of Platform infrastructure.
- Logging and monitoring of access to personal data systems to detect and investigate unauthorised access attempts.
- Two-factor authentication options for user accounts to reduce the risk of unauthorised account access.
Notwithstanding these measures, no transmission of data over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and should contact DS999 support immediately if they suspect their account has been compromised.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
DS999 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, data protection best practice or the Platform's data processing activities. Where changes are material, DS999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of DS999 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of how your data is handled.
